How to Order Golf Cart Parts — Quote, PI, Payment and Shipping
Send your parts list and we reply with one quote within 1–2 working days. Confirm the PI, pay by T/T, check the photos of your order, and we ship. No MOQ on parts; in-stock parts ship in 5–7 days.
Step by step
- Send your listExcel, PDF or photos with OEM numbers and quantities. Add the cart brand and model if you know them. No part number? Send a photo of the part and its label.
- We cross-reference and quoteWithin 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, China time) you get one quote for the whole list: unit prices, the lead time for each line and shipping options.
- Confirm the PIWe send a proforma invoice (PI). On mixed lists we can split it, so in-stock parts ship first and long-lead parts follow on a second PI.
- Pay by T/TBank transfer to the account on the PI. Payment terms are on the PI.
- Check the photosBefore anything ships, we send you photos of your order — on every order — so you can check part numbers, quantities and packing.
- We shipDHL express for small orders; air or sea freight on pallets for larger ones.
Lead times
Every line on your quote shows its lead time, so you can see which parts can ship now and which will follow.

| 30–40 days | Longer lead time. The date is confirmed on your PI, and we can put these lines on a second PI so the rest of your order ships first. |
Need a cart back on the path quickly? Tell us which lines are urgent — we can ship those first by DHL express.
Payment
We accept payment by T/T (bank transfer). Our bank details are on the PI.
If you ever receive a message saying our bank details have changed, call or WhatsApp us on +1 (213) 551-9059 before you pay.
Shipping
We have shipped parts to dealers and fleets in 30+ countries. Small orders go by DHL express; larger orders go by air or sea freight on pallets. Tell us your destination and we include shipping options in the quote.
Packing
Neutral packing as standard. If you sell parts under your own name, we can pack them with your brand — see Private Label & ODM.
Warranty
All parts carry a 1-year warranty. If a part fails, contact us with your PI number and photos of the part.
Ordering questions
Can I order a small quantity?
Yes. There is no MOQ on parts — order what your fleet needs. Shipping options are quoted with the parts, so you see the full cost.
What should my parts list include?
The OEM part number, a short description and the quantity for each line. If you know the cart brand and model, add them. For parts without a number, send a photo of the part and its label.
How fast do you reply?
Within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, China time (UTC+8).
Can you ship part of an order first?
Yes. We can split the PI so in-stock parts ship in 5–7 days and long-lead parts follow.
Do you send photos before shipping?
Yes, on every order. You can check part numbers, quantities and packing before the goods leave.
