CKD or SKD: which kit suits you?
The difference is how much is already fitted to the chassis when the container arrives. Fewer parts to fit means a faster start; a fully knocked-down kit fits more carts in each container.

How the kits are packed
- The chassis frame is wrapped in bubble film and fixed into a steel frame
- Parts are packed in bubble bags and cartons, one set per category
- Every package lists the part names and quantities inside
- Lithium batteries travel in plywood cases

CKD and SKD questions
What is the difference between CKD and SKD?
CKD (completely knocked down) carts arrive as a bare welded frame plus every system packed separately. SKD (semi-knocked down) carts arrive with the suspension, brakes and some main electrical parts already fitted to the chassis, so there are fewer assembly steps.
What is the minimum order?
One 40ft HQ container per order. (Spare parts have no MOQ.)
How many carts fit in a 40ft HQ container?
CKD: about 28 four-seat or 20 six-seat carts. SKD: about 24 four-seat or 18 six-seat carts.
Which batteries can I choose?
Lead-acid or lithium. The lifted models come with a 51.2V 150Ah lithium battery, with a 72V 105Ah lithium upgrade. For lithium batteries we provide the battery MSDS, the UN38.3 test report and the sea-freight transport certification.
What is the lead time?
25–30 days.
What warranty do the carts have?
The carts have a 1-year warranty.
Can the carts carry our brand?
Yes. Your logo can go in up to 10 places at no extra cost — including the front cover, side body, seat backs, steering wheel, LCD display, rim caps, key and user manual. Choose from 9 body colors and 4 rim styles in 12 finishes.
How do we assemble the carts?
Every order comes with an assembly manual, an assembly video, a user manual and an illustrated parts catalog. We provide 3–5 handcarts for a three-station assembly line at no extra cost, or a professional 15 m line as a paid option. On a first SKD order of 25–30 carts, we send an electrical technician and a mechanical technician to train your team.
